- Opening hours from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Service reservations are always required at least 24 hours before the start of the chosen session;
- Each session lasts 90 minutes;
- Maximum of 4 people per session;
- Those who book directly or on the official websites of Tridente Collection hotels are entitled to 30 minutes of free access to the wellness & spa area (subject to availability and with advance reservation);
- Access to the wellness area services, Finnish sauna, and Turkish bath costs €50 per person per session;
- Reservation confirmation requires prepayment of the full amount;
- Free cancellation is possible up to 12 hours before the start of the chosen session.

For late cancellations, there is no refund of the amount paid at the time of booking.
